Terms of Use

Uniforms are high security items. We will verify your membership based on the information you registered, but if we are unable to verify your identity, we will remove you from the membership.

①Sales are limited to current students only.

→This is to ensure that you wear the uniform in the correct size. Basically, when purchasing online, you can only purchase the same size or 1 or 2 sizes larger based on the last in-person measurement. However , if there is an extreme change in size from the last in-person measurement, we may call you to confirm.

In addition, if you do not have measurement data from an in-person visit (for example, because the student has been wearing hand-me-downs since entering school), you will not be able to purchase online.

You can only purchase items that are 1 or 2 sizes larger .

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible Products

Returns will not be accepted if the product meets the following conditions:
1. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase
2. If the item has been used
3. If any of the accessories (box, tag, product bag, etc.) are missing
4. If the item has been hemmed or has a name on it

Return and exchange procedures

1. Purchase at a store → Return or exchange at the store where you purchased the item (Amasta/Amasen store or Seibu store)

2. Purchase online → Refund process: online

Exchange process: Please return the item and purchase a new one.

*If the problem is not due to our fault, please bring the product to the store or send it to the store at your own expense.
